I was buying a new car as a suprise present for my wife for her graduation. Jesse and the other employees at the dealership were eager to help be able to make the suprise happen. This included being flex for her graduation. Jesse and the other employees at the dealership were eager to help be able to make the suprise happen. This included being flexible on my timing with the trade-in (couldn't get her old car in until she had the new one). Also including odering the car and getting all the specs just like she wanted. Finally, I filled out the paperwork before I took the car, but they waited to process it until I already given her the car. This ensured we didn't get any emails or calls that might ruin the suprise prior to me giving it to her. Overall, the dealership was extremely accomodating and made it a very enjoyable experience for me. This was a unique experience! Nick Oates was extremely personable and informative from the minute we met him. He introduced himself within the first minute we got out of our car. We took two test drives. One with the Toyota Hilander and the other in the Rav4. Although we didn't think we needed the 3rd row seating, we did want a little more cargo room. The Rav4 drove more smoothly than I anticipated, but I didn't like the limited vision that the back triangular window gave. We came in to look at the Limited, since that's what we were trading in. But, 11 years after our 2002 purchase, the Limited package offered $4,000 of extras that we didn't want. The SE package turned out to be right for us. Nick did an outstanding job of explaining the differences of each package. Nick then wrote up a price package, which we thought about over night. We called Nick to ask about exterior and interior colors available on the lot for the SE. We made a counter offer which was accepted. Nick made sure we had all questions answered on the operation of our new car before leaving the dealership. More

Ron met my fiance and I while we were on the lot and I would say we hit it off well. We had been car shopping for most of the day and the biggest irritation with many of the sales folks we ran into was th would say we hit it off well. We had been car shopping for most of the day and the biggest irritation with many of the sales folks we ran into was that the showed cars that were more expensive than we were looking for. Ron did a good job showing a good range of cheaper and more expensive cars. More importantly he stuck to our stated budget which we were adamant about. The financing took for ever and Ron did a great job in helping us pass the time. He loves animals! Overall a good experience. This is my second car from Butler so I guess they are doing something right. More
