Jim Kincaid was very easy to work with though our buying process which started six months prior to buying and then ended in a quick buy on a following visit. We would definitely recommend him and the deale process which started six months prior to buying and then ended in a quick buy on a following visit. My husband and I purchased a car from Butler Toyota yesterday and can honestly not say enough good things about the entire process. I called and initially spoke with Amber who was very friendly and hel yesterday and can honestly not say enough good things about the entire process. I called and initially spoke with Amber who was very friendly and helpful on the phone in getting additional details about the car we were interested in. After setting up an appointment to see the car, I meet with Amber who introduced me to Cole - the sales associate that I would be working with. Cole was extrememly friendly and very knowledgable - he was the furthest thing from the sterotypical "pushy" sales associate and actually made the buying process fun for us. After negotiating a little bit, we finally settled on a price and we were sent over to Max to finish our transaction. Max was wonderful - thoroughly went through all of the documentation that we were signing so that we completely understood everything; he was also very friendly and funny making the entire process from start to finish a truly wonderful experience for my husband and I. The next time we need a car, we will definitely be going back to Butler Toyota and working with Amber, Cole and Max! :) More
I took my car to a shop because it was shaking, and after some trouble reproducing the problem. They reproduced it and told me that they thought it was the torque converter, but that I would need to go to a some trouble reproducing the problem. They reproduced it and told me that they thought it was the torque converter, but that I would need to go to a Toyota dealership to fully diagnose it. When I got to Butler Toyota, they told me they couldn't reproduce it. I found out later that when I told them "around 40mph" they told the tech "below 40" so he wasn't able to reproduce it. After 3 days they had me come over there to drive the car around. When I first reproduced it the tech kept trying to convince me that it was road noise. Then when I mentioned that my husband had heard it too, the tech seemed to actually pay more attention. By the end of the drive, he told me that he was sure it wasn't the transmission, that it was just a strut or something. The next day I got a voice mail saying that they had contacted my warranty company about my transmission, but didn't tell me what was wrong with it. A few hours later when I finally got a hold of someone, they told me that it actually was the transmission (and the torque converter) and that my warranty only covered rebuilds, not replacements, on transmissions. He told me that they had to contact the warranty company for a parts list for it. This was on a Friday, on Monday, I called several times and couldn't get anyone. At 5:30 someone finally called me back, and they told me that they actually don't rebuild transmissions, they just replace them, and that I would need to take my car elsewhere. They had already had it a week at this point. Then when I picked it up, they hadn't put my warranty information back into the car. When I called about it they told me no one was there that could find it and that I would have to wait until the next day. So, the next day I had to take my lunch hour (and my husband's car) from Carmel to 96th and Keystone to pick up the warranty and then take it to 82nd and Craig to the transmission shop. The transmission shop has since confirmed that it was the torque converter all along. The entire time it was at Butler all they did was put miles on it and make me go out of my way a lot. They ignored most of what I said and then would change up what they said each time I called. I will never go there again if I can help it. More
I started the process of looking at the cars in the Indianapolis area a few weeks ago. I have been to several dealerships and received fairly good service but when I stopped by Butler Toyota and spoke Indianapolis area a few weeks ago. I have been to several dealerships and received fairly good service but when I stopped by Butler Toyota and spoke with Ryan Eblin I was surprised at how much further Ryan went to make sure we were happy with our vehicle choice and the quality of his service. Once we purchased the vehicle Ryan has followed up with a phone call to make sure we were able to successfully use all of the new features and offered to assist at any time should we have an issue. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend Butler Toyota to anyone. More

As a business owner and sales professional myself for the past 3 Ryan treated us like kings, and with the utmost patience, understanding and respect. As a business owner and sales professional myself for the past 35 years, I knew we were being helped by the best of the best. Without reservation, I highly recommend Ryan Eblin to assist in buying your next new Toyota, Scion or select used car at Butler Toyota. Ryan made a most favorable and lasting impression with my friend and I. Sincerely, Bob Hutt More
