I had my car serviced at this dealership on last Saturday (21st Sep). I had multiple issues listed below: 1) The service engineer did not bothered to speak a word; handed me the papers after service and just (21st Sep). I had multiple issues listed below: 1) The service engineer did not bothered to speak a word; handed me the papers after service and just asked to make payment to the cashier 2) it was only after coming home and reading all the papers I realized that the alignment test failed on the front wheels however as mentioned above the service engineer did not even thought it was necessary for him to talk to me about the same 3) I have tried reaching the service manager at least 3 times however neither the person is available to pick up the phone nor he has time to get back in spite of the fact that I had left voice messages couple of times 4) when I went in for the servicing the service person told me that he would call me as soon as the servicing is done within 45 minutes or so however even after 100 minutes he did not call. When I went back to the service area he lied to me in face saying he called me and that I did notice up the phone. I am sure that the service person knows that the record of the same (missed call) gets recorded on phone which clearly wasn't in my case Overall a pretty bad experience in spite of the fact that the dealership charges closes to 100 dollars for a routine service, very dissatisfied with the overall experience. After doing a ton of research on the internet, I found a used car that met my needs/price range at Butler. Jesse was a great salesman - not pushy, but knowledgeable. My teenage daughter and I stopped by your Castleton Tent Sale on our way to pick up her paycheck at the mall. We talked with Ron Rangel-Scott. He has daughters around her age so he knew how to talk to her. He listened carefully to what we were looking for (inexpensive first car) and offered to keep an eye out for us. Then he realized an older Corolla he thought was sold was still there. That was it for my daughter! It had a sunroof and an iPod player! Low mileage for a car its age and was very well kept. By then it was closing time. She brought her dad to see it the next morning and to meet Ron. Believe me, my husband and I are no fans of the car-buying process - from experience! But thanks to Ron, this time it was a very positive experience from beginning (selecting it) to end (financing it). I was glad that this was the way our daughter got to see it. She came to drive it home that night after school and played the cash grab game. Later we had a problem with the key not turning, so my husband came to get another one cut. Ron sent her a beautiful Toyota keychain. He is an exceptional person and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

Jeff was great to work with. He took the time in April 2013 to go through all the options of the cars that we were interested in. We were planning on returning back to the US and wanted to get started on 2013 to go through all the options of the cars that we were interested in. We were planning on returning back to the US and wanted to get started on looking at our options. After going to another dealership and not being given any assistance, Jeff's help was greatly appreciated. He helped make sure that we found the car that would fit us the best. We ended up coming back in September to look some more, and ended up with leasing the current car. The only improvement would be the financing options through Toyota, which are not within his control. We found a better deal through a local credit union for 0 down, relatively the same residual, and apx. the same amount per month. Otherwise, we would have signed with Toyota. We are very thankful that Jeff took the time with us, and we do plan to look at purchasing a second car through him in the coming months. More
Brandon Farris at Butler Toyota provided excellent service recently when I had to visit the dealership a few times within last 4 weeks. He was extremely friendly,polite and worked really hard to make sure that I was 100% satisfied which I was. Thank you Brandon for your great customer service. More
