I was in town on business. My rental car's tire low pressure light. Butler Toyota was right around the corner from work. It was rainy and I was afraid to drive it across town to a Chrysler dealership. Not only did the guys at Butler help me out but they refused to charge for their efforts!!! I tell you, if I lived in Indy, my next car would be purchased from Butler as well as all of my servicing. More
From the minute I met Ryan until I drove off the lot a few days later with my new leased Rav4, Ryan was the best sales representative I have ever worked with. Most feel they will be taken advantage of i never felt that way with Ryan...he did every thing he could do to make sure I got a payment I could afford. Ryan is courteous, informative, assuring, knowledgeable....a real gentleman. He did a super job with all aspect of my purchase. Even found the color I wanted at another dealership and kept me informed of when it would be available. He confirmed my two appointments the day before. I would recommend him to anyone and hope he is still at Butler when I get my 4th Rav4 three years from now!! More

She greeted me at the door and passed me along to Chris. My wife's description of him and his style (she just leased a Prius) matched my own experience. Warm, friendly, and enthusiastic are the terms I'd used to describe the staff there, which includes Randy. Everything I needed to know to make my decision was shared graciously. Chris even allowed me to make a color change at the last moment, for which I am very grateful. Am now enjoying getting to know my new car and sharing it with colleagues and friends. All in all, a very nice and pleasant experience. More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amber; she is really a model employee for this company. I had an issue with our gap insurance and Amber was the person who truly listened to our issue and was inte really a model employee for this company. She is extremely professional and very kind - all of the time; she never got annoyed with my questions or concerns - she was polite every single time she interacted with us. For me, working with Amber is like working with a friend. After getting in touch with her - our issue was solved in a day. I have her to thank for being able to put this issue to rest and will definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. She is awesome - and I am so thankful that I got to work with her! More
It's not often that you can give an outstanding to every aspect of such a large purchase/big decision. I've been a customer of Toyota for many years and decided that I had a specific interest in ano every aspect of such a large purchase/big decision. I've been a customer of Toyota for many years and decided that I had a specific interest in another car this time. I stopped in to look at the new cars, talked with Randy about my interest in a change this time, and he took my information and would let me know if something came in. He called me within a couple of weeks to let me know a great car had just come in ... and he held it for me to look at first. Randy and Jon worked with me over the next few days - answering my questions and giving me the opportunity to decide whether it was right for me. They worked with me on price and it felt like a win/win for both of us. There was no pressure, no fast talking sales pitch ... they were just patient and fun, and genuinely wanted me to find the right car for me. They were wonderful in saying that if this particular car wasn't right, they'd continue to look until they found it. Well, this was the right car -- totally different from what I was looking for, but I'm totally in love with it. They took me through every process, working with my schedule, and never pressuring me in any way. They've made me a fan of how car buying should be done ... and I'll go back to them when the time's right to change again. I would definitely recommend them for buying or leasing a car ... new or used! Ask for Randy Miles and Jon Drumwright! More
