I've been buying cars for 30 years now and can honestly say Ryan gave me the best car buying experience ever. He stayed after hours to close a deal due to my limited availability. For instance: he got the monthly payment where I needed it to be, he allowed me to waffle on color choices without being hassled, he was generous with the inspection of my trade in leased car, he helped transfer stuff from one car to another, he transfered a lacrosse window sticker, he shined up the dashboard, he linked my phone to the new car, plowed through all the paperwork, etc, all after hours! My lease guy Randy did a quick and painless job after hours too. I recommend Ryan and Butler Toyota to anyone looking for a hassle free and excellent car buying experience! More
Carolyn Gill was very clear and helped me to trade my old car, a Fusion 2008 SE, which I bought brand new and still was pristine, with only 20k miles on it. I was considering 3 options in trading my Fusion 2 car, a Fusion 2008 SE, which I bought brand new and still was pristine, with only 20k miles on it. I was considering 3 options in trading my Fusion 2008 SE for a new one: - buying another Fusion(2014), or Impala(2014) or Camry(2014). I figured out that the three models I mentioned before had similar features, but Carolyn was very persuasive and friendly, and I am very happy with my decision in chosen my new Camry. Thank you! Jesse helped us select the vehicle we were looking for. He printed out comparisons for us comparing other vehicles were considering looking at. He helped us figure out what was the best way for us to finance our new Highlander and he presented us with a great price for a 2 year lease. Our check out was speedy which was very helpful since we had dinner reservations. We did not enter the dealership intending to buy a new Highlander that evening. But, thanks for Jesse's assistance we left with a new Highlander in which our whole family loves. More

Mike, Bella, and Malcolm were great. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Mike sat with me for hours while I debated things over and over - even test drove other vehicles for compar enough good things about this experience. When I wasn't sure about something he gave me knowledgeable advice (and again not pushy stuff!) and let me come to my own conclusions. After we made a quick and painless negotiation he sat me down with Malcolm to do the paperwork. Malcolm was again - a great rep. He walked me through everything and was (again) never pushy. Gave me 100% great information about the extra's I could pickup and then let me come to my own conclusions. In the end, I had a very comfortable experience purchasing this car from Butler - and didn't have that one negative feeling after everything was said and done. I will for sure seek them out next time - and would HIGHLY recommend this team. More
The experience that I had at Butler Toyota was second to none. I was at the very end of a two week process and I had looked at several vehicles. I was passing by the dealership and I wanted to take a fi none. I was at the very end of a two week process and I had looked at several vehicles. I was passing by the dealership and I wanted to take a final look at the camry. I had been at another Toyota dealership originally. This was close to my house and I wanted to compare the camry to the TSX one last time. I was straight up with the salesperson that I met and I told him exactly why I was there. Jesse was understanding and tried to help me as best he can. Never once did I feel pressured. Along with the finance manager (Stephanie?) they come up with an offer that I absolutely could not refuse. The experience continued to improve as I met the sales and leasing manager Randy Miles and he guided me through the process. I felt like I was in the presence of professionals the entire way through. All I can say is I am absolutely thrilled that I stopped by Butler Toyota as a final move in the process. I did not expect to leave with an amazing vehicle at an amazing price that day. Thanks to Jesse for reading me well and addressing my purchasing needs in a friendly manner. I am so glad that he made a final motion to me before I left the building. Thanks for not giving up on me and making a deal to get me an amazing vehicle that I'm sure only a very small profit was generated. Give that man a bonus! Ha One happy customer is worth 10 referrals. I am 72 years old and was absolutely dreading buying a new car. I had visited a couple of other dealerships before I met Ron and the salesmen at those dealerships treated me as if I was illiterate and in new car. Ron treated me professionally, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. And while I had been dreading buying a new car, Ron made it very easy. I would highly recommend not only Toytota to my friends, but Ron in particular!! More
