My family and I were traveling from Knoxville Tennessee to Wisconsin on Tuesday when our 2006 Highlander broke down. Jesse was friendly, polite, honest and helpful. We would recommend this dealer to friends. The only issue we had is that we were told it would take about an hour and a half (we had other time commitments th recommend this dealer to friends. But Vic did a great job of being both attentive to our needs/questions AND being quick and efficient. We would have really loved it if we were able to leave the lot with a full gas tank, but were told that is only done with new vehicle purchases. In our case, we had just filled the tank of the vehicle that we traded in, and it really would have made us a lot happier if we just could have had something as relatively minute as a full tank on the used vehicle we purchased. I also felt that the receptionist staff (ladies that were answering phones at the desk as you walk in the door) were not up to the standards of warmth, welcoming and professionalism that I would expect at a dealership.
