The purpose of our visit to Butler Toyota was to purchase a new vehicle for our daughter. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Matt Brown was the ultimate professional! I saw a used Honda CRV online that I was interested in. I worked with Ron Rangel-Scott and purchased the vehicle after two visits. My experience with Ron was great. He was easy to work with, able to answer questions and gave me options to consider. He did not pressure me to make hasty decisions. Overall, the experience of working him was excellent. The only criticism I would make concerns the finance process, which Ron was not a part of. The finance manager was fast talking, extremely high pressure, neglected to explain the interest rates, etc., and was totally focused on getting me to add a warranty to my purchase. There was also some theft prevention system that I need to sign papers to transfer to my name - neglected to say there was a $200 charge - which suddenly appeared on my paperwork. I had it removed. The total focus was how much my payments would be with the warranty and even encouraged me to finance the total purchase. I was determined that I was not adding anything on to my purchase and stuck to my decision. Thought I would never get out of the room - think I was in there an hour. I have no idea if I got the interest rate I was supposed to according to my credit union. I need to check with them to find out. It was fast talking and high pressure all the way without any clear explanation of what my options were. So - Ron Rangel-Scott - highest rating. Finance Manager - lowest rating. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new car to replace her '02 car. After doing some research online to determine which vehicle we wanted we contacted Butler Toyota, where I had bought a Prius from in '05 her '02 car. We came to the dealership on Thursday evening and met Jeff Dunn. He was very attentive to what we were looking for and put my wife and I at ease. We test drove a Highlander and was impressed with how it drove and the features. Jeff offered to setup an appointment for us for the next day which was his day off. As we started talking about price and specific model we found out the vehicle we had wanted was already sold. So we looked for a similar model. We ran into a bit of an issue and Jeff called in one of the business managers to help us understand the pricing and offered us a similar vehicle which we decided worked for our budget. It was nice that Jeff came in on his day off to help us get the best value for a new car. He even went out of his way to take my wife back home so she could get to work. When working with Vic on the final paperwork he was very friendly and explained things in great detail. Overall it was a great pleasure to work with Butler Toyota again for our new vehicle. More
