From my initial on-line chat contact with Bella, through sales with Cole and finance with Vic, my experience with Butler Toyota Scion was friendly, efficient, professional, as well as a good deal. I had seen a 2011 Tacoma on-line and Bella answered my initial questions professionally, convinced me the trip from West Lafayette was worthwhile, and set up an appointment for me with Cole. I did not plan to buy a new truck that Friday night before Christmas, but ended up taking one home after talking to Cole and feeling the deal was competitive and a good value. Cole was low-pressure, put up with my driving on a test drive, had the truck polished up again and even waited probably at least an hour after close, on a Friday night when I'm pretty sure he had plans, while I cleaned all the old junk out of my trade-in. Vic also worked past close and cut my pre-approved loan rate in half on the financial end. It was one of the easiest, most efficient and most trust-worthy car-buying transactions I've experienced. The Russian accent was just icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend Butler to friends and family in the Indy area. More

A couple of months ago, my Rav4 had a serious issue with the transfer case while I was visiting Indianapolis, making it impossible for me to drive back home to Chicago to the dealership where I had purchase the transfer case while I was visiting Indianapolis, making it impossible for me to drive back home to Chicago to the dealership where I had purchased and serviced the car. The entire service staff at Butler went so completely above and beyond, describing the issue to me and answering my questions, as well as making sure that I had a rental car so I was able to return to work the following day and while the car was fixed. Adam and Chris were the service managers that I had the most contact with- not only were they incredibly knowledgable, they were always willing to answer any question that I had. Because it was an issue with where the car was previously serviced and ended up being run through insurance, it took days for the work to just be approved. I appreciated how quickly everything went on Butler's end, with work being started as soon as possible- both when the car was towed into the shop and when the actual part arrived. Every single step of the way, Chris or Adam kept in contact with me to update me, answer questions or address concerns that I had. It has been a couple of months since my visit there, and my car has continued to run well with zero issues or problems since. In an incredibly stressful situation, I'm so thankful for Butler Toyota. Not only did they provide the service that was needed, the ease they gave me in knowing that my car was in very capable hands by a service station I trusted is something that isn't always easy to find. They are, without a doubt, the best service that I have had in my ten years as a toyota driver. I would highly recommend Butler Toyota to anyone- Indianapolis residents or visitors experiencing car trouble! More
