I had been looking online for a Toyota Venza. I found the Toyota certified website and did a search within 50 miles of our home. Beck Toyota is within 10 miles, but after a visit there and NO call back the Toyota certified website and did a search within 50 miles of our home. On my search I found a 2012 Red Venza at Butler Toyota with a very appealing price. I decided to call and inquire about this vehicle and was transferred to Jim, who was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I explained that we had a 2011 Nissan Altima that was a very nice car, but I just couldn't see very well out of it. This is why I started the search for a crossover vehicle. I asked him to be honest about the condition of the inside and outside of the vehicle, and to make sure it had not been smoked in before we made the 51 mile trip to see it. He understood and had Jesse go check it all out and returned my call promptly. We set up an appointment that day to go see it and was told we would be working with Jesse. When we got there, Jesse had it out and all warmed up for us to drive. He was awesome! He went over all the great features of the car and Toyota in general and answered all our questions. He was so pleasant and it was like working with a friend, not a high pressured salesman! We then worked with Malcome in the business office. He too was so friendly and made everything quick and easy. We actually had several laughs and great conversation during the process. He gave us several suggestions for restaurants, since we are not from this area, and even tried to get us a coupon book. We were so pleased with all of them. It made the 45 minute travel totally worth it. I would even drive back up for service. We have purchased several cars through the years, and by far we would rate them at the top. If you go, make sure to ask for Jesse and Malcome....they were the best!! More
After seeing a particularly nice Certified used Camry Hybrid advertised for sale, I phoned Butler Toyota-Scion to see if the vehicle was still available. When I stopped by later to take a test drive, I was pleased to see they were expecting me. The vehicle was ready, running and waiting. Salesman, Matt Brown, introduced himself and we went through all the particulars of the vehicle. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. After a test drive and more discussion, we settled on a price. I was quickly approved for financing, completed the paperwork and within an hour or so, it was all done. My only problem was I now had two vehicles to get home. Matt Brown followed me home and personally delivered my new vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A most pleasant buying experience. More

I can't think of anything more stressful than shopping for a new automobile, except for maybe going to the dentist. Matt Brown and Jim Kincaid made my experience at Butler Toyota not only stress free, but also extremely enjoyable. Matt was beyond knowledgeable about both the Prius C and 2014 Camry. This was to be my first leasing of an automobile and Matt took great time and care to clearly explain and even diagram out the details that were pertinent to my situation. We test drove both together and when I came back a couple weeks later, due to snow, I went driving alone to really get a feel for which one I preferred. This was of major importance because I was initially set on the Prius C, even though the Camry would have been more affordable because of the specials that were running. After driving them both by myself I knew that the Camry was the car for me and I could not be happier with it a week out. I have a family member looking to buy a new car soon and I have already recommended they not only visit Butler Toyota, but also to try and work with Matt Brown because of the excellent customer service I experienced while there. I implore that you do the same if you are in the need of a car. You won't regret it! Ask for Matt! More

Both of them worked very hard in putting the deal together, and were very patient in answering any questions I had. Malcom took time to explain every part of the contract and made sure I was happy with the deal. Chris helped me transfer items from my trade in to my new vehicle, changed license plates, and did everything possible to make my experience at Butler Toyota a pleasure able one. Both Malcom and Chris understand true customer service, and I would recommend Butler Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
My sales person was Jesse Mattysse. Traded my Scion xb 2009 for Scion xb 2013. Jesse was very kind and tried his best to serve us including free coffee :). Kyle was very busy the week after Christmas; however, he communicated this with us and allowed us to set expectations. He quickly jumped into one of the Sienna's on the lot and helped us figure out that even though there is a dual DVD screen, there is not a dual DVD player in the Sienna. I will refer him to my sister when she starts her next car search. More
