" Write it up Michael " was barked 2 feet from me. I am a customer and not a number. I question a company that allows employees ( much less a Sales Mgr. ) to treat other employees or a customer as I was treated. You lost the sale to Nissan. Shame ..... you have a good product. More

Great Experience I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Ron greeted my wife and me immediately upon arrival and was not pushy as some salesmen I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. I came in with a specific used car in mind and Ron did not try to sway me or upsell me in any way. He helped me to test drive and purchase the car I came in to look at and I appreciate the lack of pressure and upselling.
