The Management Taunted us to take our business elsewhere MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!! I ordered a "custom" truck in May. It's been three months and now it's "lost" and they can't give me a definitive answer for MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!! I ordered a "custom" truck in May. It's been three months and now it's "lost" and they can't give me a definitive answer for anything. Well I move out of state in a day, so I need a truck to haul my trailer NOW. They refused to give me a loaner, or even pay for a Uhaul van. Out of desperation/frustration I cancelled my order and took my business across the street to Ed Martin Acura because they were great to my mother. The salesman at Ed Martin got this "really complicated custom order" transferred into the Acura lot the very next day. Literally under 24 hours after I walked in the door. And what do ya know? It turned out $3,000 cheaper. The dealer that traded to Ed Martin Acura said that they actually got the same request from Butler awhile back. You know a business is bad when other Toyota dealers are pissed off and won't work with them... After Butler management was rude to me, and then even worse to my father (a multi-year loyal customer), I would not recommend Butler Toyota to anyone unless you enjoy vague answers, rude service, and mysterious wait times that they can't explain. As analyzed by a couple of business folk, I can tell it's not my agent. I know the sales agent (Andy) is an honest and fair man based on my father's previous experience. Something happened at the management level in the last few years. Andy was great to work with and really tried hard to make things work, but the management here is so bad that he couldn't really do anything. Kudos to Andy. Shame on you management, you guys suck at your job. And I will be emailing your owner about how the terrible supply chain, failing intrafacility relationshionships, and downright disrespectful customer service that is driving this facility into the ground. Taunting us to take our business elsewhere is probably the worst thing you could possibly ever do in retail sales industry. The incompetence is literally incomprehensible. Good news, they did refund my $1000. I asked to speak with Stephanie Gibson and they said she was out for the day... I look into the glass walled management office and saw her at her desk. One last lie to top them off. Eric (the rudest of them all) had the pleasure of giving me back my $1,000 as I rolled up in my brand new Tacoma exactly like their "special order" More
Extremely disappointed We were extremely disappointed in how we were treated after we bought our car in June. We didn't receive the paperwork & title info in a timely manner We were extremely disappointed in how we were treated after we bought our car in June. We didn't receive the paperwork & title info in a timely manner & after a lot of hassle & stress trying to get it resolved, found out they made a mistake. Even after the hassle involved getting everything resolved with only 2 days left until our payment was due, they treated us as if we did something wrong when we were the ones following up on everything. The lack of customer service was shocking & frustrating. It was obvious they didn't care about our business. This was after having a bad experience buying another car with them 12 yrs ago. I would highly recommend NOT using them to buy a car. More

Everyone these days make claims of exceptional customer service but few support it. My recent experiences, and over the years, give me complete confidence in every aspect of their business. Butler Toyota does exercise integrity as part of its operation from top to bottom. Patrick and his staff are exceptional and can be trusted with the upper echelon of auto service organizations. Ryan in sales was the most knowledgeable, accommodating, and believer in his product than any person I've ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. Max rounded out my recent experience closing my new purchase with personality, care and integrity as Butler Toyota claims. If i wasn't a life long customer before...I am now. Thank you Patrick, Ryan, Max and Butler Toyota for a great experience. You all deserve a standing ovation. More
