When I bought my car, Nick never mentioned that he needed the title to my trade in. A while later, Nick calls me to say he STILL hasn't received my title. STILL? Nick falsely implied that he had asked for the title before, which he did not. That's not how you treat a customer. Next call from Nick: He says that he won't do the paper work for my title until I bring the old title in. Nick doesn't realize that my paperwork is already done and I have the title for my new car in hand. You're lying Nick. Nick doesn't believe I have the new title because he thinks I financed the vehicle. Poor Nick doesn't recall that I came in and PAYED CASH in full for the vehicle. You're falsely accusing Nick. Next call from Nick: He's going to charge me the full amount of the car I bought and ignore the trade in. Once he realizes that this isn't possible, he changes this to say he's going to sue me instead. Which is it Nick? Charge me or sue me? You don't know what you're talking about. You're lying AGAIN Nick. How could all of this been avoided? Respect. Nick could have called me and said "Hey, I forgot to ask you for the title when you were here at the dealership. Would you mind bringing it by when you get a chance? Sorry about that." Instead I got lies and threats from Nick Demetriades. That's got to be the worst customer service approach I have ever seen. Instead of admitting that he never said anything about the title when I was at the dealership, he resorts to accusing me of not doing my part. Later he decides to throw the finance manager under the bus and says it's HIS fault now. Well why isn't the finance manager calling me instead of you Nick? Butler may be an OK place to shop, but Nick Demetriades gives the whole place a very bad name. As long as Nick still works there, I'll never do business with Butler again and I'll go out of my way to to tell other potential customers about my experience with Butler Sales person Nick Demetriades. Prior to all of this, Butler waits till the very last minute (they have 3 weeks) to file my paperwork with the BMV. They wait till the last minute on your paperwork, yet they expect you to be Johnny-on-the-spot when they need paper work from you. Sorry Butler, treat others as you want to be treated. It's the golden rule after all. More

Disrepected by sales staff. Let me start this out by saying I will not be back to a Butler dealership again. My experience was bad from the start and ended worse. I was called b Let me start this out by saying I will not be back to a Butler dealership again. My experience was bad from the start and ended worse. I was called by a sales associate,Kyle Mcdonough, informing me that a specific model was available for a test drive. Kyle and I made an appointment to test drive this vehicle and when I arrived, he had already left for the day. I stood around waiting in the lobby while they looked to see if he was still there and was eventually passed off to a young salesman. (the only positive experience from the whole ordeal was this gentleman) He informed me that I was not going to be allowed to test drive the car unless i would commit to purchasing it that night. I am a 25 yr old male with tattoos and I feel like i wasnt taken seriously as a customer. I let them evaluate my trade in. (A wonderfully maintained 2012 Scion TC) and they offered me a ridiculously low ball offer. I told Mike, the young sales associate that we couldnt make a deal with that offer and he asked what I was asking out of my trade. He then took that number to Mr. Gene Hairiston, and Mr. Hairston is the reason I will NOT be returning to a Butler dealership. He told me that he could not meet my offer but was not willing to negotiate past that. He told me that I didnt need to worry about placing a deposit on the car "because that might hold it up from another buyer" When I calmly stated that i could get a better number at another dealer he raised his voice saying gruffly "have a nice day" before storming off. Mike Krohn, the sales associate that actually tried to be hospitable was left apologizing for Mr. Hairston's attitude saying that he has had repeated incidents with other customers. If another emoloyee is explaining why another has a poor attitude then the employee should not be working there. I feel as though i was treated poorly because they saw a young kid looking at a nice car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It should be noted that i called and spoke with the manager on duty (Eric something, he did not give me his last name) about Mr. Hairston's attitude and was immediately hit with the cookie cuter "I'll look into the subject/I don't really care" answer. The sales reps I had spoken with over the previous few weeks were courteous, friendly and patient, unlike my experience at a dealer up the street. Matt Brown was professional, knowledgeable and agreeable during several test drives. Settled on a 2012 Prius. Negotiations were low key, although I do wish I could have gotten the price a bit lower. Matt and staff did a great job of informing us of our options and working with our peculiar loan requirements. Sale was concluded amicably. Car was prepped well, temporary license plate was laminated and attached. Drove off happy - still pleased with the car and my experience at Butler. Will shop there again. More

My wife explained that she wanted to buy a new Camary to replace her 2003 Matt showed her what they had and there was a long discussion about color. Matt did not push any thing and we were very comfortable. We found a vehicle that had everything on it but the color was black. We drove it home and parked it in our garage and it fit nicely. We went back to the dealership and my wife and Matt discussed the purchase price until my wife was satisfied. We then went in and signed the paper work with Vic Mirza who was helpful. It was a very good experience and we felt we received a very good deal and pleasant experience. I will use their servive department and if and when We buy another vehicle it will be there More

When i found what i wanted on their website we immediately called and set up an appt to drive almost 2 hours to look at it. Cole Wallace went above & beyond our expectations; he was friendly, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with. I love his no BS, shoot it straight attitude. After a short test drive I was sold on the car... the finance Dept was super swamped but worked their tail off to get us in & out so we could still drive the 2hours home and not be out until midnight. I hate shopping.. but when I finally make up my mind, I want to get in & get out! Butler Toyota Indy was exactly what I needed! I love my new car & my service at Butler! More
