Only one visit to the dealership because over time without pressure all my questions were answered prior to even seeing the car. By internet and phone the right car and lease was chosen. A quick test drive, paper work and home I went. Even after the sale Bill answered some questions, helped setup my phone and introduced me to the service department. I experienced customer service not salesmanship. Thanks Bill, you made the difference. More

Pleasant Experience As most people, I hate car buying. My wife and I was looking for a new truck, with a crew cab. I looked at Ford & Chevy, and thought since we were in As most people, I hate car buying. My wife and I was looking for a new truck, with a crew cab. I looked at Ford & Chevy, and thought since we were in the area, we would look at Butler Toyota, thinking they were already closed, we could walk the lot and see what they had. As I was looking, a salesman (Bill Brandt) came out to greet us. Bill listen to want we wanted in the truck, and showed us a Toyota Tundra SR5 that had everything we wanted. Bill showed us all the features that the Tundra had, and was able to answer every question we had. He was not pushy at all. A couple of days later the wife and I decided to take a second look, and do a test drive. Bill (Brandt) allowed us to test drive on our own. We bought the Tundra that day. Bill made this buying experience a pleasant one. Butler was willing to negotiate on the price of the new truck and my trade-in. I left there feeling I was dealt with fairly. It set a good tone before I arrived at the dealership. My test drive was with Matt Brown and he was helpful and even helped me drop off my rental car after I purchased my vehicle at Butler. As a female purchasing my first car by myself, I really appreciated the professionalism and genuine helpful customer service I received. These are good people to work with. I highly recommend them both!!! More

I was referred to Ron Scott and as soon as I sat in the chair he was nothing but patient and helpful. He gave great advice of what he felt was best for me based on my needs. He didnt pressure me to buy something I wasnt comfortable with, and made my purchase easy and convenient. Not to mention he prayed for my safety and well being before I pulled off the lot. Thats when I knew he was the best out there. I have referred him to my mother and others & they love him as well. I will definitely be going back to Ron in the future. More
Looks can be deceiving. What started off as a pleasant experience quickly turned sour. We came in looking for a used Toyota Camry. Chris Myers was very polite and agreed to help us. He was very courteous throughout the test drive (which was only for about 15 minutes) and seemed to genuinely care. After the test drive we still weren't sure it was exactly what we were looking for. It was the most basic LE model with some needed detailing and we had seen similarly priced SE models elsewhere. When we told Chris that it wasn't exactly what we were after he scoffed and said condescendingly "So you're just here to kick tires then?" He had invested no more than 30 minutes of his time with us and we drove for an hour and a half to come to this particular dealership. Never again. (Update) We came to find out later that not only was our experience bad but that Chris had told us this was the only Camry available when there was the exact model we were searching for a (Camry SE) still sitting in the Butler Toyota lot (According to Butler Kia which they called to confirm). We ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership later that day. (So much for kicking tires) More
