He was so kind and so patient with us, that we wanted to buy from him even though neither of those cars satisfied our needs. Worst car buying experience ever! Just had the worst car buying experience at Butler! The sales manager was very rude, calling me "ridiculous" for bringing in Truecar price offers from Just had the worst car buying experience at Butler! The general manager was even worse, reneging on previous agreed on price and add $300 extra to the price in the paper work. I was lucky to do the math again at the last minute before writing the check. Very shady sales tactic! Just got the exact same car from Ed Martin and save $200. Couldn't be happier with Ed Martin! I have been a Butler customer for 10+ years, but will never do any business with Butler again! I heard the owner Mr. Butler is a good guy and hope he gets a chance to read this before those sales clowns take it down. PS: I posted this note on Butler Facebook page at 9:45pm on 5/30, we will see how long it stay up there :) More
