What a great experience I knew I needed a new vehicle but really didn't know what I was looking for. I researched on line & did my homework, narrowed it down to three, checke I knew I needed a new vehicle but really didn't know what I was looking for. I researched on line & did my homework, narrowed it down to three, checked the Kelly Blue book value of my car since I had decided to do a trade in. I had even called my insurance company just to see how much more I would be paying per month (just wanting to make sure all my i's & t's ) were dotted & crossed. Then I made my first call, not knowing it would be my only dealer call. I spoke to: Jim Kinkaid, I explained that I had a granddaughter in Arizona that bought an XB in June & loved it. I also explained to Jim that I had a a problem with getting in & out of the drivers seats because they sit so low due to a previous wreck I had been in. He let me know about the drivers seat on the Scion & how you can pump it up... I hadn't read that in the reviews. I told him I was only looking & he told me that when I was ready to test drive a XB to call him, he answered a lot of questions & was very polite. Needless to say I came in & met with Cole Wallace another polite & knowledgeable salesperson. Never any pressure. It took about fifteen minutes to check my car for fair value (I got what I expected) ran my credit,& before I knew it I was sitting in my beautiful XB. Mr Butler should be very proud to have such fine outstanding employees!! If it weren't for Jim Kincaid#1 & Cole Wallace not qui@te sure I would have purchased that day.
