I proceeded to get financing and off I went in my new Camry!! Amber was awesome with the initial contact. Matt was awesome with the sales part of it and Andy was just as awesome with the financial aspect. They were all super friendly and I am so grateful that they were able to put me in the exact vehicle I wanted. The Todd found in stock the exact model and color that I wanted and had delivery preparation done while I was working with finance, so I could drive the car home. Patrick was very familiar with bank procedures, knew that it takes a bank a few days to transfer money from a savings account to a checking account, and offered to hold on to my check until my bank could make the transfer. I would definitely recommend Butler Toyoda and Todd and Patrick to my friends and acquaintances. More

The transaction was very smooth and normally, I hate dealing with "the dealer" on trades but this was one of my best experiences. It did not take much time, I was pretty much in and out. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this dealership and especially the salesman, Todd Godan. He really was the best part of the transaction. He seemed to be always one step ahead, while I was in the finance office, he had the plate transfer, car was cleaned and ready to go. Thanks Butler Toyota! More

He was a no pressure kind of guy and we really appreciated that. The only problem we had was with the tires on the van. Awd siennas don't have a spare and are supposed to be equipped with run flat tires. I asked for someone to make sure all the tires were run flats (I didn't think the rears were, but since I had never had them before, I wasn't positive), and everyone said they were. After getting home and checking more I found out the rears were not run flats. So after a few calls I had to take the van back to them to prove it and they agreed a mistake had been made and the rears were wrong. But Tom in the service department was very helpful and they put two new run flats on the back. I am very satisfied and feel like we got a good deal at Butler. More

We were met by Jim Tucker, and immediately felt at ease with our questions and the prospect of buying. Jim was very helpful in answering our questions and discussing with us buying versus lease options, as we were weighing the decision for either. He found us a 2015 Sienna XLE with all the features we desired. We were able to work out a lease, with the help of Randy Miles, that fit within our price range. Overall our experience was great! I bought a certified used car and was amazed at the service. Lambert went above and beyond to find a car that was perfect for me. He walked me through the whole process. I was beyond thrilled. Then, the next morning my car wouldn't start. I called the dealership and Lambert and a tech were at my house 10 minutes later and jumped my car and drove it around to charge the battery (apparently I had left the headlights on). Lambert called the next morning to make sure everything was going well with my car. I am beyond impressed with the service that I received. More

He assisted with my test drive and even made sure all the snow was cleaned off the car beforehand, so I could get a good look at it. He and the Vic from finance happily stayed late on a weeknight to help me finalize my purchase. I'd absolutely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle stop in to Butler Toyota and ask for Jim and Vic!
