Naturally, I was skeptical. We called ahead to verify that the vehicle we were interested was still on the lot. I spoke to Todd Godan. He let me know the car was there. When we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman moving cars around who asked if we needed help. I asked for Todd and he went to get him. Todd was good to work with and well prepared. He came out with the key in his hand for the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the Hybrid Camry we were looking at. We discussed the equipment at length in the parking lot prior to test driving the car. Knowing we were internet customers, Todd brought up the correct price for the vehicle right away. He offered us various dealer options without being pushy. For Financing, we worked with Andy Skinner. Andy was just as good as Todd, making us aware of things to buy for the car, without any pressure. I honestly didn't know such good experiences existed, much less buying a USED car. In the future, we will check at Butler Toyota before looking anywhere else for our next new or used vehicle. Also - Every employee in the dealership made eye contact with us and said hello. Some offered us coffee or water while we waited. We felt comfortable the entire time we were there. More

We called ahead and Katie was friendly and helpful as we checked to make sure the van we were interested in was available. She made sure it was ready and waiting when we arrived. We had been frustrated by both the selection and the treatment we had seen at our dealers. Then we met Kyle. Kyle was enthusiastic, honest and straight forward. He helped us find what we were looking for without pressuring us to consider something in which we weren't interested or couldn't afford. Andy, who helped with the finances, was personable and obviously knew what he was doing. Just a great experience all around. We expect our "new" van to last a long time, but will definitely be heading back to Butler Toyota and asking for Kyle next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.
