Worst service ever!!!! I called to ask for information for a vehicle i am looking for to purchase and this guys (Salesman) Jim Kincaid picked up the phone so i asked him fo I called to ask for information for a vehicle i am looking for to purchase and this guys (Salesman) Jim Kincaid picked up the phone so i asked him for the price otd of the Toyota sequoia 2017 Stock # 33944 and suddenly this guys started yelling at me with a very rude voice and hung up the phone. I consider that i am a potencial customer looking for to buy and the dealership would not hire this kind of person who seems to be in bad mood and don't know anything about customer service and sales. More

Disastrous car repair This is a warning. Please find another dealer to work on your car. I took my Prius in for repair. My instrument panel display was blank. I dropped it This is a warning. Please find another dealer to work on your car. I took my Prius in for repair. My instrument panel display was blank. I dropped it off on Thursday . They said they would let me know what they found out. I called Thursday night. Oh, they said they didn't get around to checking it out. I called Friday they said they would call. No Call. Monday I called the manager. Of course, I didn't get to talk with a manager they just had Cody call me and said they would have to order a part. It took until Friday to get my car back. But when I did I was appalled at the mess in my car. The tan leather seats had black smudges all over them. The floor was covered with little shards of glass and black smudges. The running board was black with dirt and grease. Oh and I was on my way to pick up my wife to go out to dinner. NO I had to go home and clean my car for two hours. Unbelievable - how to dealers get by with charging me 1300.00 dollars to do the work and leave my car in such a mess. This was worse than taking my car to the local high school shop class and expecting good results. Please Mr. Butler sell your boat and hire some good people. Please Toyota step up your standards for dealerships. More
