Even knowing he wasn't going to make a sale today Cory tool the time to show us the options in our pricepoint with no pressure at all. We really enjoyed our time with Cory! We still have no decided on a vehicle but I would highly recommend working with Cory as we really enjoyed our experience with him! More

But some how he worked it out and got me into a new, reliable family car! He really saved my butt. I would recommend him to anyone! More

They do not honor their offers Be very careful when dealing with the Internet sales people. We had discussed every aspect of a purchase of a car the financing the final price ha Be very careful when dealing with the Internet sales people. We had discussed every aspect of a purchase of a car the financing the final price had the stock number for the car etc. and had the emails to prove this offer. When we arrived we were handed over to sales man ( who was actually very nice )we spent an hour and 15 minutes with him test driving the car etc. upon completion of all that we went to finalize everything to purchase the car to find out that Butler Toyota would not honor the financing agreement provided to us via email from their Internet sales person . The sales manager came and told us the Internet sales person made a mistake and that she would not honor that agreement. I asked her why she could not buy down the loan (as I knew was possible from previous cars we have purchased at other dealerships). She let me know that it would be possible for her to buy down the rate but that she refused to do so. I let her know that I had emails from Margo letting us know the finance offer along with the offer for the price of the car she stated she made a mistake and that the offer would not be honored. She was also not nice about it at all not customer service oriented in the least. We will never know if she truly made a mistake or she simply lied to get us into the door we walked out without purchasing a vehicle there and will never purchase a vehicle at this location . The manager could've easily honored her employees mistake however she proved not be a very honorable manager. Please save yourself time and go to a different Toyota dealership I guarantee you they are more honest than the sales Manager and Internet sales people at Butler Toyota and likely will have 100% better customer service ( you can't get much worse than lying and not honoring something a customer has in writing ) More
TERRIBLE!!! I called the dealership that morning made an appointment. When I got there that salesperson was not available. Another stepped right in and started answering my questions. We started the paperwork and he comes to me with a payment number. We proceed. Then he said there had been a "missed key punch" and the payment was REALLY going to be this, (200) more than the original number. I had been clear about my terms. Moved back to the "finance guy" the experience got even worse. He was confrontational when he eventually have me my anticipated payment amount and it was 80 over my stated terms. The interest rate stated was higher than anticipated and when I questioned that, he was magic ally able to get it down nearly another 2 points. After which he had said that was the best he had. I felt they were deceitful, ride and condescending. They lost a sale that day. I bought a beautiful Toyota the very next day at Beck Toyota. Believe me when I say, Beck is worth the drive. They were amazing. More
