Problem not solved and no return call Came in and got a diagnostic done to try and determine the problem, they were unable to find the problem and when I called back less than a week later Came in and got a diagnostic done to try and determine the problem, they were unable to find the problem and when I called back less than a week later, when the problem returned, they never returned my call. I left 2 messages and the receptionist even said she had seen the adviser I was looking for at his desk. Great experience I went to Butler Toyota to purchase my first car. I ended up getting a 1988 Toyota Camry that had 51,000 miles on it! Cory was the salesman who helped me though the process. Throughout the process of getting this car I never felt rushed, pressured, or as if I could ask too many questions to Cory. He was extremely friendly from the first day we met. He was very honest about the car and acknowledged both the pros and cons of it. He also gave me his card which included his cellphone number. This really made me feel like I could easily contact him at any time if I needed anything explained or clarified. I was so impressed with Cory’s friendly, honest, helpful service that I recommended my aunt and cousin to get cars from here with Cory. And they did, the same day I pulled off the lot with mine.
