It began when I asked Patrick Clayton, the Customer Relations Manager, to recommend a salesperson us. Our top-notch salesman, Frank Krack, expertly guided us through every step of the way, and his stories were delightful, especially ones about Elvis in Memphis! Business Manager Andy Skinner was also a thorough professional, as well as funny. Humor is important when buying a car, right?
