As a 61-year-old, I would rather take a beating than go car shopping. Yesterday I had the best experience ever when buying a car from Butler Toyota. My sales agent, Jovet Hutcherson was the best sales person that I have ever experienced. I sensed an immediate connection with him. As stated, it was his goal to make my car buying experience the best it could be. I never felt any pressure to make a deal. He took as much time as I needed to get all of my questions and concerns answered. Once the decision was made by me to buy, the paperwork was done efficiently and with ease. The owner is heavily involved still in the business and I had the great pleasure of meeting him and came away feeling like he cares for each and every customer that comes through the doors, treating with honesty and personal care. More

Our organization recently moved to the area and we were searching for a dealer who can service our fleet of vehicles. The Toyota Camry we brought in had a steering wheel covering that was separating and driver's hands were getting caught. Mike Berry, the service manager looked up the price to replace the steering wheel and we found it was very pricey. We are a service non-profit and we watch our spending so this seemed to be a large amount of money. for us. Mike came up with two other options that would be less pricey. He had the steering wheel repaired by a gentleman who works on car interiors and we ended up spending a fraction of what the replacement would have been. Our organization will remember Mike's kindness and bring other fleet vehicles to Butler Toyota. More
Fleet Vehicle- Steering Wheel Issue Our office (The Salvation Army) recently moved to the north end of Indianapolis and searched for a Toyota dealership to take our Toyota products for s Our office (The Salvation Army) recently moved to the north end of Indianapolis and searched for a Toyota dealership to take our Toyota products for service. Our search led us to Butler Toyota and Mike Berry. We thought our steering wheel needed replaced due to cracking. Mike Berry Quoted us $800 US dollars for the repair. Being a not for profit we would rather see the money go back to our community where we can do the most good. Mike understood this. He gave us several options and told us he'd call back in a day or so. The following day Mike called to tell us the repair was done and the cost was $110.50! Mike made a few calls and found a company who could repair the crack properly and save us money on replacing the steering wheel. They did an amazing job and you cant tell the steering wheel had split open! It's a great feeling to know there are companies like Butler Toyota and people like Mike Berry who are focused on building and maintain customer relationships than building a hefty bank account! Being new to the Indianapolis area we asked our kids who they wo Earlier this year my wife and I were looking to trade in our Tundra for a Highlander. Being new to the Indianapolis area we asked our kids who they would recommend for Toyota products. They said they used Butler and enjoyed the service experience there. We went to Butler where we met Jamie Mallory in sales. Jamie is very personable and we got on great with him right away. He found us the Highlander we wanted and we got a fair trade in on our Tundra. When we decided to trade in our 10 year old Avalon this July we went back to Jamie. Jamie and Butler Toyota were able to locate the 2018 Camry we wanted and had it at the dealership in 2 days. Great job again Jamie! Also, we want to give a shout out to Vic Mirza in the finance department. He was very friendly and got us in and out quickly. We really appreciate the entire Butler staff. Terrible customer service all around We bought a used vehicle from Butler Toyota a year ago, and everything was great with our sales rep, who coincidentally isn’t there anymore. We were completely oversold on the extended warranty and the service has been horrible. Needless to say, I tried to contact Mr. Butler, who has the courtesy to call sales and let them know that I am coming over upset (after leaving service), but does not have the respect to speak to me directly. Do yourself a favor... Go elsewhere. There are too many options for bad service. More
