Unlike in other dealerships I visited, when I described that I wished an unrealistically low lease payment with just using my trade he did not lose interest. He invited me to his desk to further discuss what I sought. Jamie recommended the Toyota Corolla LE. I looked at one in the showroom. I might mention at this time that Jamie has "easy going" demeanor with no pressure. He was doing his job with a "light touch." After leaving for a few moments he returned with a sheet that showed the appraisal value of my trade and various financing options (amount of money down for both leasing and financing) available to me. I must admit that the information sheet impressed me. When I mentioned that I was not yet ready to commit there still was no pressure. The desk manager came over to thank me for coming in with no "What do I need to do to earn your business?" The financial information that they provided was what I needed. After visiting several other dealerships I returned the next business day to finance my new 2019 Toyota Corolla LE. I would strongly recommend that when visiting Butler Toyota ask to work with Jamie Mallory for a very pleasant buying experience. More

Butler Toyota service worst experience I have bad service experience from Butler Toyota service center. I have asked them to fix my car fan motor for squeeing noise and they replaced blo I have bad service experience from Butler Toyota service center. I have asked them to fix my car fan motor for squeeing noise and they replaced blower motor with new motor and new filter and new noise coming from same air vents. I have paid full price with labor and parts. I need to go back to them again for same fix since technician don't care about what they fixed. When you call them They don't want to look at that without appointment and not sooner, you have to live with same problem till you get appointment.. They should hire technicians who can diagnose and fix Cars. More
