Joey Roby, this comment and Bill Estes Toyota is a farce!!! You know good and well you, nor anyone else from this dealership has contacted me and here we are almost a month out from your pitiful reply to “attempt” to fix this. Not only would you guys not make this situation right as I requested but now today I found out from Toyota Financial Services and Total Protect Auto that they have refunded my GAP and maintenance plan as of 4/4/24 and 4/11/24 and I have yet to hear from this dealership nor received anything in the mail for my almost $700 your withholding from me and it has been almost 2 months from the refund dates!! Just ridiculous!!

On Saturday may 7th at 10 am Me and My wife went To bill Estes Toyota to buy new 2022 highlander hybrid. The Sales specialist Brandon Potts was one of the rudest most un-professional sales people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He gave 0 effort and seemed to rush us out as soon as he could. This dealership used to be a Butler Toyota and wow, its crazy to see how much this place has gone downhill since then. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place or Brandon Potts, horrible experience.
