We found an Escape Hybrid listed online and submitted an inquiry. JB got back with us right away and was very accommodating in scheduling a test drive. I went to another area Ford dealership with my maintenance issue. I was told the first open appointment time was 2 weeks out. I contacted Estes Ford and I was told to bring my vehicle in immediate maintenance issue. I was told the first open appointment time was 2 weeks out. I contacted Estes Ford and I was told to bring my vehicle in immediately. The problem was diagnosed the same day and parts were ordered. 2 days later I was on the road again. 2 days is way better than 2 weeks. Estes Fordwill be my first contact for future work. The shuttle service was great. More

Daniel told me the it was going to until 3 or 4pm .he never advised me that electrician was not even there ,they give me a shuttle to my house but they can't give me a shuttle back .I have to call service at 5pm in order for them to tell me was going on with car ,ending up they didn't do my oil change or anything because the electrician was never there until tomorrow. I don't like how they handled business no communication. More
