5 star service, with a smile!!! Matt was just great! I came in for my usual oil change and tire rotation, but needed my passenger side headlight adjusted. The tech forgot the adjustm Matt was just great! I came in for my usual oil change and tire rotation, but needed my passenger side headlight adjusted. The tech forgot the adjustment, but Matt was on it. He adjusted the headlight and was very thorough in his explination. Thanks Matt!!! More

Excellent experience i had been looking for a specific vehicle for about 6 months and couldn't find the exact truck i wanted until i found it at Bill Estes Ford. My last experience was a disaster!!!!!!!!!!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They knew in advance I would have to wait for my car and I asked how long it would take. The service pe I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They knew in advance I would have to wait for my car and I asked how long it would take. The service person said an hour and a half. 5 HOURS later the receptionist said, "let me check on your car?" They did have to change all my lug nuts due to the swelling of the metal (their defect but I paid over $150 for that. They replaced two brake pads. Still 5 hours is way too long and I was the only one left in the reception area. Who knows how long I would have waited if she hadn't intervened? It reminded me of herding cattle all day with car after car coming in, and their personal service was non existent. I will never take my car there again. Unfortunately, for their sales people, my wife and I were looking to buy a car in the next two months. Won't happen at Bill Estes. More
