Before noon he had called back stating the a tech had looked at our vehicle and had a few items that needed to be addressed along with a recall. He then sent a link to my phone that I could review and choose what i wanted done along with a cash total for each item. True to his word , our vehicle was done by days end . We purchased a pre owned 2017 Kia Niro from Bill Estes. Everything went well in terms of service, finance until we got our car three days after signing and their inspection procedure. The check engine light was on when we picked up the car. The light was not there when we test drove it. Our sales consultant insisted that the car was like that when we bought it and asked us to send to Kia for service. The check engine light is an obviously light. I looked at the dash board in detailed and certainly it was not on when we test drove it. It must have been triggered during their inspection or something Not so happy! More

Customer service excellent. Start to finish I felt comfortable. Which by the way was 4 hours and 16 minutes. 99.9 percent was attributable to the car salesman Andrew. Easy to schedule, very nice people. Mechanic was knowledgeable. My ford was clean when it was turned over to me (they used seat covers and floor mats).
