Very good sales person! I purchased a used CPO 2016 SHO with 29,000 miles. I am from North Carolina and worked with Mitch on the long distance sale. Mitch had everything read I purchased a used CPO 2016 SHO with 29,000 miles. I am from North Carolina and worked with Mitch on the long distance sale. Mitch had everything ready for me when I arrived at the dealership and we were on the road in 2 hours. Mitch was great! A few things I didn't expect from this car purchase. -29,000 miles on the rear tires new on the front. Add posted said new tires and did not realize until we went through CPO maintenance sheet only the front are new. I am replacing them even though the BE service department said they are in ford spec for a CPO AWD. -I also had to replace the cabin air, engine air filter....ended up doing a 30k service after 800 miles because i was not confident with what service the car actually got. I would go the extra mile to buy from BE as the people I was in contact with are super! More

Though I live 45 minutes away, it was worth the multiple trips I made to test, purchase and pick it up. There were several items that needed to be addressed and they made sure all was taken care of. At one point, because a repair was taking longer than anticipated, they drove a loaner car out to me at my home. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with all facets of the purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. If I lived a little closer, I'd patronize their service department too! More

Good service department Brought my truck in to get the cooling system checked out for winter just to be sure it would not freeze up during cold weather. He even performed some service to other items that was covered under the manufactures warranty that I did not know could be performed under warranty. She has a difficult time getting in and out of cars. My choice of vehicle has to be based on which she can get in and out of the easiest which I had told him at the start. On the latest vehicle, I had difficulty finding one that the color, options and cost worked for me and entry, exit worked for her. I took three different cars home and had her get in and out. They didn't work for her. He told me that he had wasted too much time on me and had cost him opportunities to make a sale. He then said they had a base model which he brought up for me to see. Worked; model, price and seat fit the bill. Had not looked at them before because I thought they had cloth seats which my wife can't slide across getting in. While it wasn't leather, it wasn't cloth and it worked for her. More
