I use to love Bill Estes. This Brownsburg location is very slimy with what they do. I took my 2015 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles in for a trade in. They had told me at the time they were giving me very slimy with what they do. I took my 2015 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles in for a trade in. They had told me at the time they were giving me around $7k, that was not the case! They ended up giving me only $2k for my car and have to this day refused to send me or show me the trade in form that was signed by me. I was never given a copy of this form. We were referred to this location by an employee at another Bill Estes and Bill Estes Ford has forever lost all of my business in the future. Customer service was thrown out the window as soon as the sale was over! I had caught their mistake after the numbers were “finalized” and therefore was told that they can not do anything about it or make it right. I warn all against this place! More
