Good work with bad customer service and hidden fees. Part of what I brought it in for was to get some recalls taken care of. I wanted to make sure the parts were in (as previously they were not) so I wo Part of what I brought it in for was to get some recalls taken care of. I wanted to make sure the parts were in (as previously they were not) so I would call to schedule an appointment however the service guys would never answer their phone and wouldn't return voicemails. I eventually just brought it in and made an appointment for the next day. While it was in they called to tell me about an issue they found but I couldn't answer as I was at work. When I tried calling them back they once again wouldn't answer their phone and didn't reply to my voicemail. Finally I went to pick the car up and they tried charging me $72 more than the price I was quoted. I objected and was told it was due to "taxes and shop fees". I paid the taxes but refused to pay the shop fees as they should have been in the quoted price. As far as I can tell the work that was done was good. A friend of mine is in the same situation I was in and asked me what she should do as she didn't want to get gouged. I told her to take the car there to get its recalls taken care of but to go somewhere else for the rest of the work. More
