Found the car I wanted, but not the best service. Last week I purchased a 2008 FJ cruiser. The vehicle was in acceptable condition for its age and even though the price was a bit higher than average. Not satisfied with work at dealership I took my Ford Vehicle in for recall work as well at 100,000 mile maintenance work. Dealership had the car for the majority of the day. When I picke I took my Ford Vehicle in for recall work as well at 100,000 mile maintenance work. Dealership had the car for the majority of the day. When I picked it up they had not done the oil change that I had requested. Had to wait while they completed that. After picking up the car I noticed it was not running right. I was planning to take it in the check engine light came on. Took it into the dealer and when they had replaced the spark plugs they had installed a faulty plug. Seems as if they would have ran a diagnostics at the completion of the tuneup that would have been caught? This is not the first time I have had issues with service at this location. I go to the location because it is convenient. When I need to purchase a new car, it will not be a Ford for this very reason. On a side note I have had other issues with them completing service as they have promised. If you go here be verey careful and ask questions More

I was very satisfied with the work done on my newly purchased used 2019 Ford Explorer Limited. At closing there we some small items that I ask be corrected and my Salesman Mike said the would be glad t purchased used 2019 Ford Explorer Limited. My understanding both have been ordered and I know the key is in. I can’t just leave work to get mine programmed and Mike is going to set up they come to my work to program it. Raptor Refresh I started to notice a ticking when I started my 2017 Raptor. Ali immediately knew that it was an issue with the cam phasers. We scheduled the repair k I started to notice a ticking when I started my 2017 Raptor. Ali immediately knew that it was an issue with the cam phasers. We scheduled the repair knowing it would take a few days to complete. Ali continually communicated the status of the repair, the status of parts and when the truck would be ready. While they had the truck, Donna made sure I had a vehicle and was properly taken care of throughout the process. The service team made sure I knew what was happening and it made feel comfortable that the repair was done perfectly and that I can always count on them when issues arise. A big shout out to the whole team. More
