Brought Truck in for diagnostic and was disappointed. Service said they looked at truck, quoted me price which I thought was extremely high, and when I questioned the pricing they then tried to say they a Service said they looked at truck, quoted me price which I thought was extremely high, and when I questioned the pricing they then tried to say they always over price until job is done. Charged me $166 for diagnostics, and wanted $750 for the work. Called another Ford dealership in Lebanon and was quoted $250 dollars for the exact same job. Took my truck to Lebanon Dealership and found out that what Brownsburg Dealership said was wrong with my vehicle was not the issue. Lebanon Dealership fixed the problem for much less. Ask questions folks and don't get taken because they are nice guys. Very disappointed to learn they would do this. Will never go there again for anything! Nor will I ever recommend this dealership. Out to make a buck at your expense. Sad! More

I tried to get into the Lebanon dealership but was told no immediate openings although on- line there appeared to many openings. Not to mention, the tech on the phone was in too much of a hurry to deal with my questions. So decided even though I bought the car at Lebanon, I would call Brownsburg. Got right in, completely satisfied, tech even recommended the 96th st dealership for my problem and gave me a name of Mark to contact there. Their service was about and beyond great. More
