After a negative experience trying to buy out my lease at my local Ford dealer, I was introduced to Zac the sales manager at Bill Estes Ford. From the start Zac was friendly and understanding, working hard t my local Ford dealer, I was introduced to Zac the sales manager at Bill Estes Ford. From the start Zac was friendly and understanding, working hard to meet my wants of purchasing my leased vehicle while keeping me in my budget. Upon arrival to Bill Estes Ford I worked with Mike to get my paperwork started. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Finally I worked with Matthew from finance. Matthew worked quickly, yet stopped to explain specific things to me and check for my understanding as we went through the documents. Overall this was THE MOST positive experience I have EVER had at a dealership. The team was organized, flexible, and accommodating! I will be making the two hour trip to this dealership for my next Ford purchase! More

Unfortunately, I didn't check my bill until I got home. No one answered the phone or returned messages, so I had to drive back the following day. I was offered "store credit" or a check that would require a lot of paperwork and a 10-day wait. I wasn't thrilled, but opted for the check. Service manager Robert Saunders was rude, so I decided to speak to a manager in response to their sign "If you don't receive 5-star service, let us know." Instead, I was directed to the customer service person, Donna, who was at first sympathetic and begged me to give them another chance. Her attitude changed when Saunders entered the room and berated me for complaining. He was argumentative, insulting and hostile. At that point, Donna told me they aren't the dealer for me, don't bother coming back. I called corporate, who assured me it would be dealt with and that the GM would call me that day. Haven't heard from him. Haven't received my refund either. More
