I had a great experience on Wednesday, September 14th, 2011 when I looked into trading my F150 in for a newer vehicle. Shane was very helpful and informative, without being a typical "pushy" salesman. During the test drive, he talked about the car but also about random topics, which allowed me to get a feel of the car without feeling overwhelmed to buy it. The other staff members in the dealership were friendly and welcoming, without overwhelming me when I entered and started to browse the showroom. They were thorough in explaining the features on my car, including a demonstration of the SYNC system, and made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel before I drove off their lot. From the minute we stepped foot on the car lot our salesman listened to what we wanted, and never pushed.
