I would give their service department a zero if that was an option. This is the second time I've taken our truck in for routine oil change and service and its came back with something broken. Of course, t an option. This is the second time I've taken our truck in for routine oil change and service and its came back with something broken. Of course, they don't mention that they broke something during the service. They wait until you find it then you have to make another trip for them to look at it. Only to be told that they don't have the parts. Well, we've been waiting over five weeks for the parts to come in. For this one, we were driving down the road when the console on the passenger side flew open. The trim piece fell off and you can't close the door. And, low and behold, there was tools left in the console from whomever worked on it. Pretty sure the technician knew he broke it and was more focused on getting it to stay shut and forgot his tools. Took it back to show them and get it fixed and was told they don't have the parts to fix it and would order them. And, when they come in, we will need to leave it for the day again!!! You had it for the day the first time and we get it back with something broken. This is the second time this has happened. I've tried to hold out and not provide a bad review but waiting over five weeks for parts is ridiculous!!! I wouldn't recommend this service department to anyone! And, when you take your vehicle in, you are pretty much invisible. Stand by your vehicle and people just walk right on by. Sales and finance are top notch!!! But, this service department is terrible. More

From the get-go,It was a very friendly atmosphere. The gal at the desk made nice chit- chat while asking for Jacob,a salesman, to help me with the car I made an appt to test drive. Passing through the area from Chicago towing our RV with an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps spotted us from their property and asked if we needed some help. Mike Parham in sales went back to the shop and sent a mechanic onto the highway with a bigger floor jack and torque wrench. Within a few minutes we were swapped out and back on the road. Big, BIG thank you to Bryce for helping us yesterday! We had two little ones in the truck for a long trip camping, so this was only a hiccup thanks to Mike and Bryce! Good people at Bill Estes Ford! Thank you! More
