This was our first vehicle purchase with Bill Estes and what a true pleasure it was to work with their staff. We originally connected via phone with their salesperson Mitchel Dotson. From the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot with our purchase, we were given the red carpet treatment. The cherry on top was that we were in and out in a little over an hour from the time we first drove on the lot! The wait seemed even shorter due to the fact their sales staff chatted and made us feel like we were their only customer even though we knew they wanted to get home to their families. Mike (old mike) Parham helped us buy a car for our daughters 16th birthday present. Mike was so wonderful and helpful every step of the way.
