I traveled several hours to Bill Estes Ford to purchase a VW Tourag TDI they had in inventory. I have had mixed results with dealers in the past. The experience at Bill Estes Ford was EXCEPTIONAL! I don't think I have ever had such a great experience where the sales personnel and Dealer finance were Fantastic. They kept us informed of the status constantly. After the purchase they contacted us by phone several times in the next month to ensure everything was working and we were taken care of. We Greatly appreciate this. Two months after the purchase there was an Item that needed repair by the Extended Warrantee and the Management at Bill Estes Ford REALLY stepped up and facilitated a resolution to a issue that was presented on this matter. Without the Management involvement I would have been out just over $2,000 in repairs. I highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle with Bill Estes ford, they will take great care of their customers like nobody else. Even though I live in another state 250 miles away, I would still make the effort to use them for my next purchase. More

I wanted to trade in my 2017 Honda Civic SI for a truck. I met Emma. Emma was very on point in getting the information needed to have a quick visit. We did test drive a couple of trucks and although I didn' I met Emma. Emma was very on point in getting the information needed to have a quick visit. We did test drive a couple of trucks and although I didn't get the exact truck I wanted due to my issues and not Emma or Joel's. I did get a great deal on the F150 and value on my trade. There was a communication issue but that was later resolved when speaking to all parties Emma and Joel.
