He was friendly, attentive, and repectful of my needs in finding a car to fit my budget and would be a safe choice for carting around my little one. When it comes time to get a new car I will certainly come back to trade up. More

He was incredibly friendly, helpful and worked with the budget I had. After seeing my parents buy cars in the past I expected a long drawn out process that was more trouble than it was worth, but Dave's straightforward attitude helped me find the perfect car I was looking for. After I bought the car, he checked back in to make sure that everything was going well. He even helped me out when a couple of things popped up in my first week of having the car. I could tell that my happiness was an actual priority for him, rather than my money. I would heavily recommend buying a car from here, especially with help from Dave Porter! I was very happy with my experience. More
I was very happy with the purchase of my Venza as the staff was very helpful and friendly. I purchased a protection plan that I was told covered scratches, dents, and dings. When I did the walk around staff was very helpful and friendly. I purchased a protection plan that I was told covered scratches, dents, and dings. When I did the walk around prior to driving the car off the lot I discovered the service team had scratched the gas tank door while they applied a protective coating to my paint. I pointed this out and was reassured that this would be resolved at my 5000 mile maintenance. Just before the scheduled maintenance my satellite radio stopped working and my dog put a couple of surface scratches on my rear bumper. I called to inform the staff of the changes and they told me a loaner vehicle would be provided while they had my venza but I would have to pay out of pocket for the scratch repair as my coverage did not include scratches. I was furious because I know what I was told. I brought the car to be serviced and there was no loaner available. After waiting 1\2 hour they brought me a filthy Toyota corolla. There was chips and candy all over the floor. I had no choice but to take it as I needed to bring my son to school. They told me they could use touch up paint on the scratches free of charge due to the misunderstanding. After 3 days I went to pick up my venza only to discover that the antenna was still broken, the gas tank door had never been sanded prior to being painted a different color than my car, and there was a NEW 8" scratch on my rear bumper that they claim was there at drop off...NOT TRUE! Both times I have put my $43,000 car in Bill Dube's care it has come back scratched and the issue is still not resolved because my coverage doesn't cover scratches even though the scratches were the service teams doing. Once they have your money, you are no longer important. I wish I could return the car and be done with them completely. More
I traded in my 2005 Ford F-150 for a 2010 JEEP Patriot with LOW payments! I purchased both vehicles from Salesman Chris Gray at Bill Dube Ford, Toyota & Scion in Dover, NH. I would not go to any other dea with LOW payments! I purchased both vehicles from Salesman Chris Gray at Bill Dube Ford, Toyota & Scion in Dover, NH. I would not go to any other dealer and for as long as Chris is there, I will buy all my cars from him ... he goes way above the accepted "norm" and, exceeds your expectations. I talked to Chris on the phone letting him know I was coming in ... he said he'd think about my best option ... When I arrived I was greeted by so many kind and smiling folks (and my name was on the white board to welcome me)!! Chris pulled up only one vehicle and that was it! It was perfect, he had done his homework and knew my needs and wants ... and I did not have to settle! I am so happy with this vehicle and the service! I would encourage anyone to use this dealer and this salesman!! More
I went to Bill Dube Toyota and met with a salesman named Brian Doyle. As soon as he could he passed me over to this guy Gerry. I think he was a manager or something but he did all the talking regarding the Brian Doyle. As soon as he could he passed me over to this guy Gerry. I think he was a manager or something but he did all the talking regarding the price and our trade in value. After about 1.5 hours of him going back and forth telling me why my vehicle wasn't "worth" anything and us trying to get more for it, my husband and I just wanted to leave. Then Brian comes over and asks how things are going like he still had something to do with us. He was running all around helping other customers and going on different computers in the showroom. I have bought many cars over the years and usually the salesperson stays with you the whole time and then the manager comes over toward the end. We were unimpressed with the way we were treated since we were interested in a $37,000 new vehicle. We had done all our research and knew what we should pay for it and what they should be offering us for ours but Gerry made us feel like we were stupid. Their pricing was way higher than I had seen these SUVs advertized elsewhere. I felt that the overall customer service was horrible and their pricing was unreasonable. When we finally did leave, Brian came running out to ask us if there was any reason why we couldn't put a deal together and said he was sorry he wasn't able to spend more time with us. If we had come to an agreement I would have made sure that Brian did not get any credit or compensation for it as he did not do a thing but pass us off to this Gerry guy. I would definitely not recommend going to Bill Dube to purchase a vehicle! Do yourself a favor and pass this dealer and Mr. Doyle up. More
In October I drove to Bill Dube several times and decided to special order a 2012 Ford F150. The told me it would take 8 weeks which would get me a truck before snow and worked for me. Each time I drove up to special order a 2012 Ford F150. The told me it would take 8 weeks which would get me a truck before snow and worked for me. Each time I drove up it took me an hour round trip and I spent an hour or two there. They liked my trade, offered me an OK amount, and wanted to sell me a truck. They told me to drive up on a Saturday morning to sign the papers. When I arrived they told me they just found out that the delivery time would have to double to 16 weeks and I would be lucky to have it by late January or early February? I told them that I couldn't wait that long and left. They told me no dealership could get it faster than 16 weeks. Why did they make me drive all the way there to change the deal? Frustrated, in a week, I went to another dealership. The other deaership told me I would have my truck in 8 weeks and they got it to me early. The Bill Dube salesman Mike Martin called me weeks later trying to get me to come back in and told me that he did not believe the new dealership could get me a truck. THEY DID AND I'M DRIVING IT SEVEN WEEKS LATER. CRAZY WASTE OF TIME AT BILL DUBE! I'M THANKFUL I DIDN'T LISTEN TO BILL DUBE AND WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND HAVE MY TRUCK. More
I just drove my new 2011 Ford Focus home last night from Bill Dube Ford in Dover. This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. There was not ANY hard sales pressure. I drove it off for the Bill Dube Ford in Dover. This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. There was not ANY hard sales pressure. I drove it off for the price on the windshield which was, by the way, $230 below the 'best' price found in my area by consumerreports.org. Negotiations took five minutes. There were no surprises or added fees. The only sales pressure was very, very light and came in the financing department, and could best be characterized as laying out all the service options. With good, not great credit, we got 4 percent Ford financing with no added fees or early payment penalty. I forgot to mention that I had to get to a meeting the night we bought the car and could not stick around to sign an agreement or get anything in writing to memorialize our deal. As it turned out my salesman Chirs Grey’s word was as good as a contract and I arrived the two days later to find all the paper work, and the car, in order. More
I brought my Prius in for service to replace a bad headlight. While showing me some new cars while i was waiting, Rob figured out that my issue might be covered under a warranty. I normally think reviews are for weeding out the bad apples but I actually have something nice to say! Robert Sharood was extremely knowledgable about all of the cars we talked about - in fact he was ab apples but I actually have something nice to say! Robert Sharood was extremely knowledgable about all of the cars we talked about - in fact he was able to educate me on the features and performance of all of the cars I was considering so that I could make the best choice for me - not the most expensive choice. This is a big distinction for me. I can't tell you how important and refreshing it is to have actually found someone smart that I feel treated me honestly at a car dealership. More
Jeremy Fauber was very repectful of me as a single woman purchasing a car and respectful of my budget. He showed me the best cars for what I needed after offering me 3 options I was able to feel I had some purchasing a car and respectful of my budget. He showed me the best cars for what I needed after offering me 3 options I was able to feel I had some control over what I chose and what woudl work best for me. My experience at Bill Dube was very smooth and pleasant I would refer anyone loking for a new or used car to this dealership.
