Oct. 14 2015 can't stop me now ! I had spoken to David Porter about getting a car. He said that I should look at the cars at Bill Dube Ford! I told him I wanted and new Blue ford. I was able to test drive a 2016 ford fusion blue as I wanted. The car drove very smooth I felt very safe in it. I then went back to Bill Dube ford and spoke to a man named Chris Gray who did paperwork with me. After all was said and done I was a new owner of a brand-new car!! I'd also like to say a special thank you to a woman named Ann Morin. That is a special woman and I will be most grateful.... Wheel locks and being able to rotate my tires I leased a new 2015 Ford Escape from Bill Dube. Sales Team was awesome. When it came it my first service, I was informed that my tires could not be I leased a new 2015 Ford Escape from Bill Dube. Sales Team was awesome. When it came it my first service, I was informed that my tires could not be rotated because there had been wheel locks placed on my rims. At the time of purchase, I was provided with the old lug nuts but not with the key to the new lock nuts. When I contacted the dealership, I was assured that they would remedy the circumstances as I was living over an hr away and needed to have a key to have services conducted in my area. I have contacted every dealership around including a Toyota Dealership at the recommendation of Bill Dube with no dealership having the ability to rotate my tires as they do not possess a master key. It has been two weeks with no communication from the service manager and it looks like I will have to pay to have a key shipped to me with a delivery time of 10 days when one should have been provided to me originally. Thanks for nothing. It is sad to think that the sales department was so good and now I would not recommend going to the dealership because of this. P.S. my husband is in the market for a new Toyota Tacoma...sorry Bill Dube Toyota. More
