I brought my vehicle in because I was hearing a weird sound, mind you it’s where I bring car get serviced (I bought the vehicle from them). It took an extremely long time to diagnose and told me I needed sound, mind you it’s where I bring car get serviced (I bought the vehicle from them). It took an extremely long time to diagnose and told me I needed about $3000 to fix it and hinted at trading it in. My friend told me to get a 2nd opinion and the 2nd mechanic found nothing wrong with my car. I even told the 2nd mechanic exactly what the dealership said was wrong and he said no. I’m very disappointed with my appointment this time which is odd because I’ve always had a good experience. This recent appointment felt very shady to me and I felt like they were attempting to get me to buy a new car. I don’t think I will be returning to Bill Dodge Nissan again. More
