Service rep was polite and helpful. So far, services provided seem ok. However, the recall which prompted me to bring my car in for service today was not done due to the needed part n So far, services provided seem ok. Also, though I was told the battery in my spare key fob had been replaced, this was apparently not the case, as I discovered when I arrived at home and tried the fob—it still did not work.
