I have bought three cars from Chris Crider in the last eight months. He told me I should buy new when I first came in, and he was right. I had to learn the hard way, LOL. Chris was always very honest and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I loved that I could speak my mind and he really listened to me. The prices of the cars at Prime are great, I shopped around and there isn't another dealer with better prices. I felt like I didn't have to bicker about a price, it was a fair price from the begining. When I brought my car into service I also had a great experience. I love how the person that worked on my car took the time to talk to me. They do it every time I came in!! I can tell you that I will be back to Prime Kia and I highly recommened going to prime Kia. Shawn was very helpful and didn't push us towards anything. He showed us different Kia models that we weren't looking at to start with, but his opinion and knowledge of these cars led us to buying on anything.
