Bill Dodge is excellent for both sales and service. I was recently in for service and was very impressed with the texts and emails that keep you updated on the progress of the service tech. The tech even included a video showing an issue I wasn't aware of that needs to be serviced.

My service advisor Ashley was wonderful. She made sure I received the updates on my vehicle and showed me the video from the service tech. She was stressing the importance of having the issue fixed asap however I just did not have the funds at the moment. I have checked with a couple of other service stations and they both quoted higher than Bill Dodge. I will be calling Ashley to make an appointment.
