I brought my truck in for a routine service and state inspection. At check in they said the appt would take 1 hr. The appt took 2 hours and the person that checked me in didnt communicate to the mech inspection. At check in they said the appt would take 1 hr. The appt took 2 hours and the person that checked me in didnt communicate to the mechanic the state inspectuon was due. I also requested the state inspection when i booked the apointment online. Very poor experience. More
