I've dealt with domestic and foreign dealership for over 40 years and my buying experience with the Bill Dodge Auto Group was the best ever, by a very large margin. Brian Kelsea, my sales person, listened 40 years and my buying experience with the Bill Dodge Auto Group was the best ever, by a very large margin. Brian Kelsea, my sales person, listened to my needs and expertly guided me through the buying process with his total GM product knowledge. He effectively utilized email and phone calls to immediately address any questions I had. Recognizing an extremely competitive brand environment, the declining car market and troubled auto industry, Brian positively stood out as someone to believe and trust. He fully coordinated with Jeff Campbell and Lori Morin to develop the best possible deal for my purchase consideration, resulting in a sale of a 2009 Buick Enclave CXL. The Bill Dodge Auto Group worked well together as a 'team'. And they accomplished something rarely found when buying a car: we all had some laughs along the way. To a person, they were professional and friendly. Why buy from the Bill Dodge Auto Group? They put your mind at ease with one of life's most expensive purchasing decisions and I will highly recommend to all of my friends they proceed directly to Brian. In a nutshell, I was once again extremely impressed! He seemed to be doing it all and doing it all very well. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I hope this mechanic will get this appreciation. I am at the age where I have already purchased many vehicles, 3 of them at this company, and will be purchasing many more in my life time.
