I had a appointment and as soon as I arrived. I was pulled in and serviced. It didn't take long at all. There was good customer service with everyone. I came in for an appointment Thursday morning for a transmission flush service. Mariela Hernandez got my truck checked in pretty quickly. When they where all done she gave me a call to come pick it up transmission flush service. Mariela Hernandez got my truck checked in pretty quickly. When they where all done she gave me a call to come pick it up when I had time. Overall great job she did at getting me in and great job on the transmission flush I can tell that it made a big difference bc it shifts an runs a lot smoother than previously. I came in last week for brake service on my truck Patrick got me checked in and called my extended warranty to deal with getting it taken care of. Great job Patrick. My truck was fixed that same day and I wa got me checked in and called my extended warranty to deal with getting it taken care of. Great job Patrick. A lot of people don't understand what it takes to work on vehicles bc most people aren't mechanics but I want them to know you can't rush perfection. Great job to McKaig for doing great work . More

Hi Richard here again. My experience with McKaig as a whole is always pleasant. I came in yesterday on October 28th for a basic oil change that Mariela Hernandez had scheduled for me last week . The ser whole is always pleasant. I came in yesterday on October 28th for a basic oil change that Mariela Hernandez had scheduled for me last week . The service was quick and to the point and I think the fastest it's ever been good job you guys at McKaig. I appreciate the loyalty from the works there from Mariela getting me the help I need and the jokes and gentle conversations I enjoy with Chris and Austin to the service and maintenance performed on my truck . I take pride in tell others where I get all my maintenance needs done on my vehicles. Thanks again Ms. Hernandez for getting me in and out with no issues. More
