Brought my truck in for LOF and tire rotation found my center caps weren’t put back on correct took back up and was lied to about not touching them. I had purchased a maintenance agreement and when checking out, I was informed it was expired. I paid full price for everything and was charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card. This oversight is my fault but it made me sad. I live 40 miles from the dealership and it is not convenient. More
