I was informed of a time for my appt & when I arrived, I found out it was different & had to wait 2 hrs. 1 problem still exists. Was put on hold for maintenance warranty, they went to a meeting and never found out it was different & had to wait 2 hrs. 1 problem still exists. Darby did a great job and was interested in what we wanted. We started our search a couple of months ago and even though I told her it would be some time before we were ready to buy she treated my gra wanted.
