I just want to give recognition where recognition is due. My Grandparents live in Florida during the winter and called me letting me know they have been having issues with their vehicle. I called him to express my concerns of my grandparents vehicle and got them taken care of during their visit and they didn’t even have to drop off their vehicle. I 100% recommend going to Tyler in service. I also want to give recognition to the scheduling department. I was worried about my grandparents getting taken care of while we are across the country from them. The scheduler called me to follow up on the appointment I made to ask me more questions and ensure they would get my family taken care of during their visit. More

2023 gmc acadia had deffective evap purge pump. I called on Thursday and They scheduled Tuesday appointment and i told them I was leaving for 30 day road trip on Saturday. I told them what problem was, plus GM had alert for this problem in 2024 for years from 2015. They check on Tuesday and said they could not get part till Monday which.showed they did not care about customer. So I call other dealerships and they all had the part and could repair my my vehicle. So I went and got my vehicle ant took to Fortwalton GM dealership on Friday and they repair vehicle in 3 hours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT BILL CRAMER DEALSHIP TO ANYONE. I HAVE PURCHASED 2 VEHICLES FROM THEM AND THE CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR EMPLYEES. More

Roof dealership ever went to look at a truck told them I was just looking one of them to give me a value on my trade told him I just wanted to know what the finance amount would be on a new truck. I took my car to Cramer Chevrolet because it was making some squeaking noises and I wanted to make sure it would be ok for my drive home to Wisconsin. They recommended new front and rear brakes, new serpen some squeaking noises and I wanted to make sure it would be ok for my drive home to Wisconsin. They recommended new front and rear brakes, new serpentine belt, new struts with alignment and new tie rods which would have all been +$5500. I was pretty surprised my car needed anything because I am pretty good with maintenance and my regular Chevrolet service guy didn’t mention needing new brakes. But since I didn’t want to risk anything and because they said that was the cause of the noise we had Cramer take care of the brakes and the belt. The rest was not urgent. And $2000 was more than enough for us. When I got home I wanted to be sure the struts and tie rods were ok so I took my car to my regular Chevrolet service guy at EVS in Saukville. After checking my car they found that the brakes were not tightened properly and the struts and tie rods were NOT in need of any repair or maintenance. I definitely would not trust Cramer with my car again. More
