We're done with your dealership. Keep getting notes, cards and calls regarding selling our 2015 Odyssey. Originally assessed this am as $16,720 KBB with note that could be anywhere up to $3000 more. Looked at CRV, then told trade in $16,000! Van is in excellent condition inside, 74,000 actual miles, and a few superficial scratches on mirror and edge of back bumper. New tires and battery. No body damage. Sounds like bait and switch. I know there are fewer cars available but this is taking advantage of a current customer. Service department is great but we will go closer to our house in the future.
